“Party Time” is a festive collection designed for Studio E Fabrics by Sharla Fults. This collection features a tossed cake print, a tossed party hat all over, a tossed streamers and stars print in two colorways, a tossed confetti design, a packed balloon print, and a border stripe. The main colors used in this collection are red, aqua blue, black, and white.
