Spring 2025 Central Oregon Shop Hop!
The Central Oregon Shop Hop is an annual event that brings together local fabric shops for a weekend filled with shopping, fun, and community spirit. Join us for a two-day event, participants are encouraged to grab their friends and embark on a journey to collect unique fabric pieces from each participating store, along with a pattern of the mystery quilt! That’s right you read that correctly, we are bringing back our original shop hop!

Join us for a two-day event for Central Oregon Shop Hop for a weekend filled with shopping, fun, and community spirit!
The Quilt Shack has been through so many changes in the last 16 years! We started in a little side storefront downtown, with a small array of quilting fabrics that soon expanded into widening the space to take the corner lot. Then we moved to the side of town to take on renovating a home into a business where our customers had plenty of space for classes and parking and we had the room we needed to grow.
This past year we continued our growth by adding an extensive online store and welcoming more customers from all around to The Quilt Shack family, which also added great new bonuses to our shop here in Prineville for our local quilters! We are making some new changes to our store and our website to help with expanding our inventory and we can’t wait to see what the new year will bring!

Polka Pop Batiks from Riley Blake Expressions fabrics for a 7-month Block-of-the-Month quilt program. The Hyperion Quilt by Leslie Ryan of Blooming Boldly Designs is a modern twist on tradition. Hyperion combines the classic charm of stars, geese, and log cabin blocks with a contemporary flair. The finished size is 64 ½” x 76 ½”.
