Happy Holidays
The Quilt Shack has been through so many changes in the last 16 years! We started in a little side storefront downtown, with a small array of quilting fabrics that soon expanded into widening the space to take the corner lot. Then we moved to the side of town to take on renovating a home into a business where our customers had plenty of space for classes and parking and we had the room we needed to grow.
This past year we continued our growth by adding an extensive online store and welcoming more customers from all around to The Quilt Shack family, which also added great new bonuses to our shop here in Prineville for our local quilters! We are making some new changes to our store and our website to help with expanding our inventory and we can’t wait to see what the new year will bring!

Quilt Classes for Beginners
The Quilt Shack offers a comprehensive array of quilting classes both in-person and online for individuals of all skill levels. With a team of experienced instructors, customers can learn various quilting techniques, styles, and patterns while receiving personalized guidance and feedback. In-person classes held at their cozy and inviting studio provide hands-on instruction, personalized guidance, and a supportive atmosphere for customers to enhance their quilting techniques.
Free Sew Friday
This class is held on Friday, November 8th, 2024 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Tuffet Part 1
Join us at The Quilt Shack for the Part 1 Tuffet (Roud-Footstool) Class on November 9, 2024.
Desert Star Runner
This class is held on Saturday, November 9th, 2024 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
