Registration Process
Depending on the time frame and release date of our block of the month, this first step is subject to change. The first purchase is the registration fee, this ensures you have saved your spot for our block-of-the-month program and will NOT be refundable if you opt out of the program.
Or/: This could be a combined fee of registration and the first block to reserve your spot in our program.
When you register by paying for the fee, it is understood that you are registering for the entire duration of the program. We prepare kits in advance for you each month to send out for shipping or to be picked up in our store.
Monthly Payments
All of our BOM programs are now automated through our system you will receive the subscription approval by email and or/text. This is a secure payment link through Square, we do NOT hold payment information within any of our online or store options. We want our customers to know they are protected, but if there are any changes or need to add to your order we will call by phone for payment or by a linked cart option. The best part is you’ll never have to worry about a late fee!
Billing Options
Each BOM program can be a little different depending on the start date, usually if a BOM starts the 1st of the month your subscription will be placed. We have a calendar set for each BOM that is sent with your welcome email along with more detailed information.
Participation Limits & Cancellations
Each BOM program has a designated number of participants. If for some reason we are unable to offer a program (due to a lack of interest), you will be given the following options for your paid registration fee: refund, store credit, or transfer to another BOM program.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling fees may vary depending on the size of the kits and materials needed for the program. We will always send our kits at the lowest rate possible with tracking, for a piece of mind by all parties. There is no sales tax included because our business operates out of Oregon.
